CLASS INFORMATION
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Our classes are instructor-led and programmed with purpose.
If you're new to Functional Fitness and want a taster before diving in at the deep end, we offer a Foundations Class every Saturday at 9am. Here we take you through the movements and workouts you'll find in our Functional Fitness class, but with additional coaching to guide you through.
All of our classes can be scaled and adapted to suit you and your abilities.
We also offer private group and individual training sessions if that's something you'd prefer!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
A session purely focused on improving your Olympic Lifts - Clean and Jerk & Snatch.
We’ll work on technique and help you increase those numbers!
We know this class can seem daunting but it’s suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.
The amount you lift is based off your ability, so you can go at your own pace.
BATTLE READY BODY
This class is a great addition to your training programme with us - dedicated time for your accessory work!
Sessions will focus on specific body parts, helping you to not only achieve your strength goals but your physique goals too.
This could be building muscle, or toning up.
Feel strong, be strong, look strong!
HYBRID
A great workout to start your Sunday...
Get your running shoes on and work through a session that has a mix of running, ergs, cardio and weights
for a fantastic all-round workout.
Complete the session solo, or grab a partner and make it pairs!
PERSONAL TRAINING & SMALL GROUPS
We offer private sessions for either one-to-one or small group training. Sessions be can tailored and based around your general fitness goals or focused on a particular area that you're wanting to improve and progress with.
